Grilled Chicken/Steak/Shrimp Salad – All Phases

Serving size: 1

  • 4 oz. of chicken, steak or shrimp
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 ½ cups of select vegetables – cucumber, celery spinach and/or  broccoli
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • Lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Dressing of choice

Directions: Slice or Chop up Dinner Protein.  Mix with vegetables.  Use Walden Farms Dressing of Choice.

 

Count: 6 oz. Dinner Protein of choice, 1 ½ cups select vegetable, ½ cup occasional vegetable,
