Creamy Clam Chowder

-1 IP
-1 Cup Veggies
-½ WF serving
-5 oz Dinner Protein
Ingredients:
-1-6 ½ oz. can of minced Clams
-1 cup celery chopped fine
-2 tbsp. Walden Farms Garlic & Herb Sauce (Optional)
-1 Ideal Protein Potato Puree
-1 cup green onions chopped
Directions:
-Sauté celery in a pan with a little pam spray and a small amount of water to soften it. Do the same with the leeks if you are adding them.
-Mix the Potato Puree with 2-3 Tbsp. of water until well mixed.
-Add the potato puree and the Garlic & Herb sauce to the vegetables.
-Add in the clams and clam juice and heat.
-After putting chowder in a bowl, spray 5 sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter over the top. Serve Warm.
