Stuffed Bell Pepper-All Phases

- 6 oz ground beef, shrimp or ground turkery
- 1 bell pepper (a pepper about 5.3 oz. = 1 cup)
- ½ cup zucchini shredded
- ½ cup chopped green onions, bell pepper, mushrooms
- ½ cup plum tomato chopped
Directions: Brown ground meat in a non-stick sauce pan. Set aside. Saute zucchini, green onion, bell pepper mushrooms and plum tomatoes until soft. Add ground meat. Prepare the bell pepper to be stuffed. Put meat/vegetable mixture in pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Optional: Cover with a serving of Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce
