Creamed Cabbage – All Phases

- 1 IP Leek Soup
- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
Directions: Sauté garlic in 1 tsp. olive oil until lightly golden. Add shredded cabbage. Cover and cook over medium heat until the cabbage is tender. Remove from heat. Mix IP soup with 2/3 cup of water until smooth. Warm it up on the stove or in the microwave (no more than 50% power). Mix the soup into the cabbage and serve warm.
