Tomato and Meat Sauce-All Phases

- 1 pound lean ground meat
- 1 ½ plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup green onion, diced
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/3 bell pepper, diced
- Garlic, minced
- Seasonings: sea salt, pepper, basil, oregano
Directions: Saute’ leeks, celery and peppers until soft; add plum tomatoes. Season to taste. Cook the tomato mixture down until you have about 2 Cups of the mixture left. Season ground meat with sea salt & pepper. Add browned meat to tomato mixture. Serve over steamed cauliflower and zucchini.
Note: If you want to serve over Ideal Protein Rotini you should just use ¼ of the mixture. You should only have 8 oz. of dinner protein at a meal.
