TURNIP CHIPS – All phases

  • 1 Turnip
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper and spices to taste

Directions: Peel the turnip and slice thinly, preferably with a mandolin.  Lightly toss or spray with olive oil & season with sea salt & your choice of spices… coriander & thyme work nicely.  Lay out in single layer on baking pan lined with foil.  Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 400 or until crisp.   Get creative with your spices!
