Ideal Ice Cream & IP Sundae

Ideal Ice Cream – All Phases

Serving size: 1

• Drink Mix (could be either chocolate or vanilla)
• 1/3 Premade drink (chocolate or vanilla)
• 2 Tbsp. Walden Farms (could be: caramel syrup, chocolate syrup or marshmallow dip)
• Splenda (optional)

* Mix up drink flavors and for a delicious treat!!

Directions:

1. Make the drink mix as directed.
2. Pour the above mixed drink into an ice cube tray      and put in the freezer for at least an hour .
3. Put the drink “ice cubes” into a blender.
4. Pour about 1/3 of the premade drink, 2 Tbsp. of      preferred Walden Farms, and Splenda (if desired) into blender.
5. Blend until frothy and serve.

*You can save the premade for another 2 batches of ice cream or you can drink the rest at another point in the day—just BE SURE to drink it within 24 hours.

IP Sundae – All Phases

Serving size: 1

• IP Drink Mix
• 2 Tbsp. Walden Farms blueberry, carmel or chocolate syrup

Directions: Mix your vanilla pudding according to the directions then place in your freezer until PARTIALLY frozen. Top with Walden Farms blueberry, caramel or chocolate syrup for a delicious sundae treat!
