“Strawberry” Rhubarb Compote:

  • 2 cups fresh rhubarb
  • ½ cup water
  • Walden Farms Strawberry Fruit Spread (Up to 1 Tbsp.)
  • Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Up to 2 Tbsp.)


  1. Cook rhubarb and water in sauce pan until rhubarb is soft (usually gets a little stringy too)
  2. Add a touch of WF Strawberry Fruit Spread and a dash of WF Pancake Syrup

This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold!
