“Strawberry” Rhubarb Compote:

- 2 cups fresh rhubarb
- ½ cup water
- Walden Farms Strawberry Fruit Spread (Up to 1 Tbsp.)
- Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Up to 2 Tbsp.)
- Cook rhubarb and water in sauce pan until rhubarb is soft (usually gets a little stringy too)
- Add a touch of WF Strawberry Fruit Spread and a dash of WF Pancake Syrup
This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold!
