Ingredients:

  • 8 oz ground chicken
  • 1 cup of Pepper (green or red) minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp fresh basil

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix the ground chicken and add fresh herbs. Make a ball and sear in a non-stick pan. Finish in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. In the same pan, add pepper and mushrooms and sear. When it’s almost cooked, add fresh spinach. Boum Bada Boum! – Chef Verati
