Crustless Quiche – All Phases

  • 1 Ideal Protein Omelet
  • 1 cups of select vegetables chopped

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a small Corning or Pyrex baking dish with Pam.  Shake omelet in your shaker and pour into a bowl.  Add vegetable and stir to coat. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until cooked through.


Note: If several members of your family are on the program double or triple the above ingredients and bake in an 8X8 glass pan for 40 minutes.
