- 4 oz. of chicken, steak or shrimp
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 ½ cups of select vegetables – cucumber, celery spinach and/or broccoli
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Dressing of choice
Directions: Slice or Chop up Dinner Protein. Mix with vegetables. Use Walden Farms Dressing of Choice.
