Kale Chips – All Phases
- Bunch of Kale
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Directions: Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil. Remove Kale leaves from thick stems, wash and dry in a salad spinner. Drizzle olive oil on kale & season.
Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 10 – 15 mins. Watch carefully so they don’t burn.

Salsa – All Phases
- 1 cup green or red pepper
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper minced (small pepper)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
Directions: Mix together, refrigerate.
