  • 4 oz. pork tenderloin or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup pepper strips
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Ideal Protein Pancake Mix
  • Garlic, sea salt, pepper and fresh dill to taste

Directions: Slice pork or steak into 1” strips and fry with mushrooms and peppers.  Mix one packet of Ideal Protein Plain Crepe in a blender with garlic, sea salt, pepper and fresh dill.  Pour into ice cream scoop size on a pan (makes 5-6) and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
